I had a problem with a flat roof and Aaron went to the house immediately and sent me a video of the issue. The job had to be scheduled while I wasn’t there and he completed it quicker than anticipated and on schedule sending regular updates of the progress . He was very professional and responded quickly with the information I needed to satisfy my insurance company . Delighted .

Finding a tradesperson you can trust to deliver quality work at a fair price is a stressful process. Aaron and his team were brilliant. Just brilliant. From initial assessment to job completion - I was completely confident in them. They kept to the agreed dates, carried out the work exactly as described - no surprises, no extras suddenly appearing. The work was finished to a really high standard - all guaranteed with a real phone number and real person on the end of it! Thank you to Aaron, Lee and Kieron - friendly, honest people who take pride in their business. I thoroughly recommend. Thoroughly.

Fantastic service from Aaron and Merton Roof Repairs. They carried out extensive work to our roof, including a full de-moss and clean, repairs to the leadwork and pointing, ridge tiles, slates and gutters. Aaron was extremely professional throughout, worked around the changing weather and kept to the timescale promised. Everything was handled efficiently and to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Joseph was quick to come out and provide a quote, clearly explaining the work that was needed and answering any questions we had.
Once we decided to go ahead, the job was scheduled and completed promptly. Aaron and his team were hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. The work was carried out and everything was left clean and tidy, and communication was excellent.
i would highly recommend Joseph, Aaron and the team to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

Very thorough, high-quality and professional job replacing some slate tiles and repointing chimney. Slate tiles were a unique size, so cut to size specifically. Will definitely hire again if needed.

We had the ridge tiles, guttering and fascia boards replaced or capped.
Joseph was easy to communicate with and came by on the first day to see how it was going.
George and Charlie carried out the work on our roof in an efficient manner and the whole process was much less stressful than expected due to their calm, hardworking and well mannered approach. They did a great job.
We would recommend Merton Roof Repairs.

Joseph came out to look at my roof and was completely honest about what did or did not need doing. If I had listened to others I may have spent tens of thousands on pointless ‘repairs’. Thank you Joseph!

Joseph and the team have been brilliant. We have a flat roof which needed to be waterproofed as it has worn down over time. Joseph was great with the communication and set a very good price. The team came on time and completed the job in one day. The paint coating is perfect and the flat roof is now fully water proofed. They also provided advice on other aspects of the roof which was really helpful. I would highly recommend the team for their expertise and professionalism.

We had an on-going promlem with a leak from an extension flat roof and Merton Roof Repairs came the next day to repaint/re-seal the whole roof. I can see it was a great job as now when it rains the droplets have nowhere to get into as its such a smooth waterproof surface. Would recommend for any repairs you need.
